I have 13+ years of nonprofit operations management experience. I currently serve as COO at Mercy Beyond Borders, and as the Fractional Director of Finance and Administration for both Salmon Creek Farm Arts and Highway Community. For more details on my background, visit my LinkedIn.

Scope

I’m happy to discuss how my skills could best serve your organization, but here are some of my responsibilities with current clients:

  • Act as primary point of contact with bookkeepers, lawyers, insurance agents, and accountants
  • Administer HR functions including benefits, payroll, and consulting on team culture and dynamics
  • Partner with leadership and finance teams to develop, monitor, and report on budgets
  • Serve as a thought partner and context reference for senior leadership
  • Support annual audit processes for fiscal statements, retirement plans, and workers’ comp
