Scope
I’m happy to discuss how my skills could best serve your organization, but here are some of my responsibilities with current clients:
- Act as primary point of contact with bookkeepers, lawyers, insurance agents, and accountants
- Administer HR functions including benefits, payroll, and consulting on team culture and dynamics
- Partner with leadership and finance teams to develop, monitor, and report on budgets
- Serve as a thought partner and context reference for senior leadership
- Support annual audit processes for fiscal statements, retirement plans, and workers’ comp
